I came face to face with this fisher about 10am one morning on our path down to the lake. Unfortunately I had the "wrong" camera with me, so was not able to take a photo fast enough, even though the fisher was just 5 metres away and, being a curious creature, did not disappear quite instantly. I was surprised to come across it a few minutes later as I followed our path around the point, and this time I was able to take a few photos, though none any better than souvenirs.
